At World Cargo International, we believe that a good relationship begins with clear rules.<\/p>

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to explain, in simple terms, how we provide our international transport and logistics services, as well as the commitments we make alongside our clients to ensure safe, efficient, and transparent operations.
Engaging our services or accepting a quote implies agreement with these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Services<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The Company provides air, sea, and land freight services, international moving services, and associated logistics services, acting as a carrier, freight forwarder, and\/or logistics intermediary, as applicable to each operation.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Cargo information\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The Client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information regarding the cargo, including its nature, value, weight, dimensions, and any special conditions.
The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from incorrect, incomplete, or late information provided by the Client.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Regulatory compliance<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The Client is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including customs, sanitary, foreign trade, and domestic and international transport regulations.
Any fine, penalty, expense, or delay resulting from non-compliance attributable to the Client shall be borne exclusively by the Client.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Fees and payments<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The applicable rates shall be those specified in the quotation accepted by the Client.
Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms and timeframes, whether by immediate payment or under credit granted by the Company.<\/p>

Failure to make timely payment shall constitute automatic default, without the need for prior notice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5. Credit<\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t

The granting of credit is at the Company's discretion and shall be governed by the previously approved terms and conditions.
The Company may modify or revoke the granted credit in the event of non-payment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6. Retention of shipping documentation<\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In the event of a failure by the Client to fulfill payment obligations\u2014including non-payment by the dates stipulated under the credit terms\u2014the Company is expressly authorized to withhold shipping documentation (such as bills of lading, air waybills, consignment notes, or other documents required for the release or collection of the cargo) until the Client has fully settled their account.<\/p>

The withholding of documentation shall not give rise to any liability on the part of the Company for delays, additional costs, storage charges, demurrage, fines, or other losses arising from such situation; all such costs and losses shall be borne exclusively by the Client.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

7. Responsibility<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The Company's liability shall be limited to the provisions of applicable international conventions and the conditions of the actual carrier, where applicable.
In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential losses.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

8. Force majeure<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform resulting from fortuitous events or force majeure, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, labor disputes, acts of authority, port congestion, or operational restrictions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
